I have to agree w former statements. I worked here for a long long time and finaly escaped the wrath of Ludmila. She is completely unstable and hostile. She expresses favoratism and to be honest I felt quite harrased as an employee there, she insisted on speaking extremely rude and inapropriately about the children, the patents, and the employees, even when i politely and rudely told her not to, she follows you and forces you to side with her glares and all that monster stuff. She was sweet and fakely sugarcoated around the parents and then turned into a tyrant as soon as the day started. She was uninvolved w the children, her only involvement was to talk to them like they were idiots. The kids were nervous and afraid of her. I myself made sure operations ran smoothly n i loved the children but i couldnt stand being in a slave camp any longer. Employees are not allowed to conversate among themselves. She will go histeric!... she barked orders and im not exagerating when i say she talks mad shit about EVERYONE. She is stingy w money and treats the kids like they are so blessed to be in her presence so no one better speak loud or be too happy or forget their manners or u know? Be a normal kid.... she gave all the emoyees guilt trips and histeric put downs about how its our fault how the kids behave or when the kids had normal child "accidents" .... evryone is quite the victim there. Dicipline? Yeah brutal dicipline there unless u agree w everything she sais as im sure some of the parents have figured atleast that about her, shes a great actress. Anyway, academics are excellent teachers from the outside come to teach the kids. I would not recomend this daycare its a prison for children as a former co worker of mine put it. The kids are to young to understand but i truly love them n i do feel for them and im sorry i have to be a bitter bitch but ppl have to stop being to afraid to speak up about what realy goes on. Yes ive seen the babies put in the garage and employees raged at and children treated very ill manared. I dont think she likes kids..... insane. Her emoyees are beneath her, she is completely disrespectful and tries to control you by incorporating your personal life w herself. Weird! Very! Completely moody and it created a great feeling of depression and hostility among the assistants there. The best time was her leaving on vacations, everyone was so much happier and schedule ran so smooth and anxiety free. Its sad to say but true. I was exstatic supper happy to finaly leave her gross attitude was taking a toll on my personal life. Altho im very sad to have left the children in that care. It needs to be closed down.
I worked there from April 2010 to October 2010. I think Ludmila Lopatinsky (the Day Care's Mistress) needs psychiatrist's evaluation. Her mood may change unexpectedly. At one moment, she can look calm and happy and couple of minutes later, she can become crazy and violent. She's very rude with her assistants, but they can live with that. The worst part, she's often rude with kids. For example, she can yell on child, "What are you doing?! Do you have any brain?!" Once I saw how one boy accidentally pushed her, and she pushed him back so hard that this boy fell and hit his head. Ludmila often puts crying babies in the garage with the car and stinky garbage cans( with dirty diapers) till babies get tired and sleep. And... you should have heared things she says about parents of the kids to her assistants!!!
If you already put your kid in this day care, just show up without the notice once or twice a week to check up on your kid. Ludmila's not stupid, so she never would mess with kids of the involved parents.
Overall would recommend the day care to all.

Very good environment. Family based day care - but extremely structured and run like a professional day care. Kids ranging from 3 months to 5 years of age. Lots of activities for the kids - Karate class, gymnastics, music class twice a week, preschool classes twice a week. Lots of outdoor playtime and home cooked food. Both my kids went to this day care and were extremely happy. |
| Issues / Concerns | The lady in-charge is a little moddy at time with parents - I tend to ignore that most times, since the kids are extremely happy and she takes very good care of them. |
