Overall good for the price , if you have high expectations this airline is not for you.

| Good Points | Always on time some times even before time |
| Bad Points | Flight attendants cannot speak proper english which leads to confusion. The food is not upto the standard and I preferred having fruits instead of the indian veggie meal provided. |

I like KLM as it is the shortest travel time to Delhi, takes about 23 hrs including 3 hrs layover in Amsterdam. Apart from that the airline is average in other aspects.
Traveled alone so not sure how good it will be while traveling with kids.

Its a good airline, had a positive experience.
Kuala Lumpur airport is great, very big. Had a 6 hrs layover and Hotel was included in the fare including buffet lunch. So that was really relaxing. Hotel was walking distance from the airport.
The flight from Kuala Lumpur to Delhi had a Hindi movie so that was nice

WOuld recommend this airlines - in fact planning to travel to India this time using Emirates.

Wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone - based on personal experience.

| Good Points | Flight seating was decent. |
| Bad Points | Air-hostress was extremely rude - refused to serve more water. Food was nothing great. Flight was delayed by many hours due to technical issues. Passengers were boarded on the plane - and were asked to wait for almost 6 hours before the flight actually took off. |
